• TEST RESULTS
  Patients should please note that reception staffs do not give results over the phone.You will need to book an appointment with the doctor in order to discuss results.
• REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
  Please note, a doctor’s appointment is required for repeat prescriptions.
• PRIVACY & POLICY
  Our practice complies strictly with the Australian Privacy Principles, this is to ensure that patient’s medical records are confidential. You can receive a copy of our privacy policy from our reception
• TRAVEL HEALTH ADVICE
  We offer a full range of travel vaccinations. If possible, it is important to see the doctor 4-6 weeks before travelling, because some of the immunisation takes a couple of weeks to be effective and some may require multiple doses.
• TELEHEALTH
  Our practice is Telehealth compliant, this helps our patients that can not travel long distances have a consultation between our doctors and the specialist. Telehealth connects regional patients to effective clinical services closer to home.
• NON- ENGLISH SPEAKING PATIENTS
  We use an interpreter service for our non-English speaking patients. Please let us know when you make an appointment, if you require this service during consultation with our doctors or nurse.
• PODIATRIST & DIABETIC CLINICS
  As part of our Chronic Disease Management, our experienced podiatrist and diabetic educator run clinics once a month; please book your appointment with our friendly reception staff.
• ASTHMA EDUCATOR
  Please book your appointment with our experienced asthma educator for support and up to date information in managing your asthma.
• PAP SMEAR
  Having a pap smear every two years offer women the best chance of preventing cervical cancer. Please book an appointment with our qualified nurse for your next pap smear.
