Dr John Afolabi has over 30 years of experience as a General Practitioner.  He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.  He is involved in the training of Medical Students and GP Registrars.  Dr Afolabi is interested in all aspects of General Practice, Aged Care and Mental Health Treatment Plans with Special Interest in Minor Surgeries such as Implanon Insertion and Removal, Skin Excisions and Ingrown Toenail Removals.  Dr John is married with 3 children and his personal interests are travelling and watching soccer.

Dr. Rakesh is a dedicated GP registrar with a rich and diverse medical background. After completing  his  medical degree in India, he honed his skills in pediatrics, surgery, and internal medicine, gaining invaluable experience that has shaped his approach to patient care.

 Upon relocating to Australia with his family, he  obtained the Australian Medical Council Certificate in 2018.  Dr Rakesh has worked across various disciplines in the Australian hospital system in Perth, accumulating broad clinical experience that informs his comprehensive and compassionate care.

Dr Rakesh has an interest in all aspects of General Practice including but not limited to Women’s Health, Mental Health, Chronic Disease Management and minor procedures.  Dr Rakesh is passionate about developing a good therapeutic relationship with patients and their families in general practice and delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to improve the well-being of his community.

 Outside of his professional life, he cherishes moments spent with his family and children, who inspire him daily with their laughter and curiosity.

Doctor Vysh graduated from Monash University Malaysia in 2017.  She has worked in Perth since 2018, commencing her internship at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital and subsequently working in different hospitals across multiple specialities.  Her interests include Geriatrics and Mental Health.  Outside of work Dr Vysh enjoys travelling and spending time with Family.

Our Billing Policy

From the 1st of July 2024 we will transition to Mixed Billing.  All new patients, including children, will be required to pay for their first consultation with us, even if they have a valid concession card.


We Bulk Bill:

  • Children under 16
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
  • Pension Card Holders
  • DVA GOLD Card Holders
  • Health Care Card Holders
  • Care Plans/ Health Assessments
  • Government Funded Vaccinations

 

All private payments will be required on the DAY OF CONSULTATION.

Medicare Rebates will be processed immediately after payment.
