MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Any patient that does not come in to the Practice for their booked appointment will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee of $40. This fee will need to be paid to the Practice before the patient can be seen by a Doctor.
This policy also applies to patients that cancel less than 2 hours before their appointment.
